Staff of Sakina Cafe

The Sakina Cafe employs 4 workers including Mr. Mohd Jad Abdullah, the chef. The others are Rozy(23), Rowena(21) and Juliana(25).
Rowena, though being the youngest, is the supervisor-cum cashier and in-charge of drinks. She is an OUM student doing the DECE course.
Rozy hails from Serian and is in the Chicken Rice Department. Since she joins Sakina Cafe sales has increase tremendously.
Juliana from Sibu is the latest addition to the staff of Sakina Cafe. She is in-charge of the Fast Food Department.

Sakina Cafe

I am a new blogger and very new to the trade. This is sort of embarassing since this blogging business has been on for ages. But then, not many cooks in Kota Padawan, Kuching could boast that they are bloggers.
There are about 40 Coffee Shops in and around Kota Padawan. I operated one of them - the SAKINA CAFE which sells muslim food. I am the cook at SAKINA CAFE. Competition is very keen among the coffee- shops' owners, more so, the non-muslim coffee-shops. You see, there are only 3 muslim coffee shops in Kota Padawan, whereas the rest are non-muslim coffee shops.
At SAKINA CAFE we offer a wide range of muslim food - Chicken rice, muslim fast food,fried mee, fried kueh teoh, fried meehoon, mee soup, kueh teoh soup and meehoon soup. Some of the more uncommon ones that we offer are Ngau Cap, Soto Sabah and Nasi Goreng Pakapau.
Our prices are very reasonable and customers are only charge what they eat or drink.
